Store Policies

  • Everything is final sale and sold “as is.” 
    • Generally all of our products are vintage which means that they are at least 20 years old. All products are carefully inspected and we aim to select only items that are in excellent condition. Any defects will be included in the item's description. Please read the item description carefully as all sales are final. In the unlikely event that a mistake has been made on the item description or measurements listed, you may email us a detailed explanation of why you no longer want the item and we will work with you to find a resolution. 
  • Shipping: Orders will be shipped within three business days from the date of purchase with your tracking number sent to the email provided at checkout.  Expedited shipping is offered for an additional charge.
  • Local pick-up and courier service is available for Raleigh, NC.
    • A small refundable deposit is required for these options to deter no-shows or last minute cancellations.
      • Please give us at least 24 hours notice via email or telephone if you need to cancel your appointment to avoid being charged $25. No dms regarding cancellations.

 

  • Privacy:  All information collected is used for the express purpose of fulfilling your order or contacting you about your transaction. Your privacy is respected and protected at every step of the data collection process. No outside entity or organization will be given access to the data you enter.
